Not for a celebration or a present. Just say to drink with your Sunday lunch.

Less than £10, more than a fiver usually.

nickytwotimes · 04/05/2008 19:07

About £4 or £5 here. Usually on special offer.

popsycal · 04/05/2008 19:08

noddyholder · 04/05/2008 19:08

7-8 for every day 10 for taking to a dinner party and more at xmas.

posieflump · 04/05/2008 19:08

usually get something on special offer - reduced from 7.99 to 4.99

chonky · 04/05/2008 19:09

Around the 6 mark. More if taking to friends, or if I've had a truly shoite day.

ScienceTeacher · 04/05/2008 19:09

£10 for 3 for us; about £5-6 a bottle for dinner parties.

Pavlovthecat · 04/05/2008 19:09

£5 or so, unless I am feeling really really extravagent and fancy Sancerre or Chablis, then £8-10 .

Or, £15.00 on a box.

cocolepew · 04/05/2008 19:09

About £1.99 for a giant bottle of Lambrusco.

expatinscotland · 04/05/2008 19:10

cheap red Italian or French table wine from Lidl.

misscathcart · 04/05/2008 19:10

3 for a tenner or 2 for £8 at The Local or Threshers
If going to friends etc I'll pay a bit more maybe £6-£8...

pigleto · 04/05/2008 19:11

£12-£15 but we only have one a week.

nkf · 04/05/2008 19:11

What would you buy at the £10 and jsut under mark?

OP posts:
PerkinWarbeck · 04/05/2008 19:11

about eight quid, but don't ever get through more than one a week, if that.

bobsyouruncle · 04/05/2008 19:11

About £4, but that's usually one reduced from £6-8.

DarthVader · 04/05/2008 19:12

Ocado sent a £8.15 freebie which we are now drinking...it is fab!
Normally we spend half that

May have to re-think!

tassisssss · 04/05/2008 19:13

for nothing special i'd spend a fiver...usually one that's on offer

Cappuccino · 04/05/2008 19:13

we tend to buy cases from a wine club now because you get better wine for cheaper

we spend about £4 but it tastes more expensive

RubberDuck · 04/05/2008 19:13

I pay around £65 for a crate of 12 ... so .... about £5.40 a bottle.

PerkinWarbeck · 04/05/2008 19:13

for nkf

ScienceTeacher · 04/05/2008 19:13

That's exactly what we do, Misscathcart. I'm thinking that the dog needs an impromtu walk...

RubberDuck · 04/05/2008 19:13

(and that's from a wine club too - found we don't actually spend less but get nicer wines for our money)

MuffinMclay · 04/05/2008 19:14

£10-15.

CountessDracula · 04/05/2008 19:15
