I'll go first

Breakfast was a slice of sourdough avocado and lemon.
Lunch was Greek salad, half a flatbread and halloumi.
Dinner is honey mustard chicken thighs, roast potato's, carrots and green beans.

I have some dark chocolate covered peanut butter stuffed dates for dessert.

2 latte and a peppermint tea! A Good day of food today.

Treated myself as I broke a 2 week fast of 800 calories (I’m bridesmaid in an upcoming wedding)

Only managed two slice of pizza and 3 scotch eggs and some tandoori chicken pieces. Hoping my stomach has shrunk!

Contemplating what dessert I could have delivered. Only thing that takes my fancy is an Aero choc mousse

B: Kefir with banana, Brazil nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts and pumpkin seeds. Decaf skimmed milk latte.
L: (Out for lunch with friend). Pulled pork, sweet potato wedges, salad with lettuce, tomato, spring onion, chilli and dressing. 2 more decaf skimmed milk lattes.
D: Lamb meatballs in tomato sauce with brocolli, courgette and carrots. Strawberries, pear and apricot.

Breakfast: Crunchy nut cornflakes with almond milk. 3 Crumpets with butter.

Lunch: Egg Mayonnaise roll, small pkt beef hula hoops, buttered fruit scone.

Dinner: 2 tiger bread rolls with cheese, 1 pkt Red Leicester mini cheddars, lemon Gu cheesecake.

Snacks: babybel, cherry bakewell flapjack

Drinks: can of chocomel, can pepsi max, Robinsons lemon barley, 3 cups of tea and a hot chocolate.

Also had an Actimel and a Berocca.

I'm actually off work poorly atm, unfortunately I'm very bored and as you can see, my illness definitely hasn't affected my appetite 🤭😬😂

L - chicken peppers sweetcorn onion and sweet potato in a wrap

S - 2 Cadbury mini rolls and satsuma

D - cheese, crackers, grapes and an apple

S - two time out bars.

Really need to get my sugar under control 😢

Mug tea with semi skimmed.

Flat white coffee.

2 thick rashers smoked back bacon, 2 fried eggs, 3 hash browns, half a tin of beans, brown sauce.

"Pizza" made with garlic and coriander nan, left over roasted veg from dinner last night, little bit of tomato and basil sauce, oregano, crumbled feta cheese.

2 glasses rose wine.

A cereal bowl full of last night's aubergine and chickpea tagine for lunch.
A nectarine.
2 small, frozen battered fish fillets with some ketchup for dinner. That was it. No veg. Blush
An Activia cherry yoghurt.
A small glass of rosé.

Breakfast was a pancake straight out the packet on the way out the door for school run
Lunch was raspberry protein yogurt, coffee and a Twix
Dinner was two chicken dippers in a burger bun with sriracha mayo and spinach

L: Big salad with cucumber, tomato, avocado, apple, sunflower seeds, olive oil, ACV, jarlsberg cheese.
S: 2 medjool dates stuffed with almond butter, Brazil nuts and walnuts. 1 square Raw Halo salted caramel dark chocolate.
D: Plaice filets baked with cherry tomatoes and onion, tiny home grown baby new potatoes, carrots, brocolli.

I'm on holiday in Greece.
Breakfast - 2 poached eggs
Lunch - crackers and 3 different cheeses
Dinner - fish in a garlic tempura with roasted peppers and couscous. Pavlova with berries.

4pm: Yellowfin Tuna steak with large mixed salad

7.30pm: Feta, Watermelon, Cucumber & Mint salad.

I've had a shocker. On holiday so my usually very low upf/eat lots of plants lifestyle has taken a dive.

First thing I had a homemade oat/seed/nut bar. Good start.
Late morning - cooked breakfast at the cafe down the road (with beans, tomato and mushrooms, so not all bad 😂)
Late afternoon (after a big walk!) - a delicious ice cream.
Dinner - a supermarket curry ready meal 😦

Yesterday:

B: Porridge with almonds and apricots. Decaf skimmed milk latte.

L: 1 slice ancient grain sourdough with jarlsberg, 1 tomato, 1/2 avocado, turmeric curry sauerkraut. Chopped apple and apricot with Greek yoghurt.

S: 5 squares Raw Halo salted caramel dark chocolate (Too much! It was a freebie, I wouldn't have bought it, too much sugar. Considering giving the rest of the bar to DS to eat while he watches the football with DH tonight).

D: Fish and veg stir fry with: salmon, haddock, onion, pak choi, brocolli, mushrooms, red pepper, ginger, chilli, tamari, sesame seeds.

One weetabix, chia seeds, banana, blueberries and peanut butter.

Lunch. Tuna with lentils, cous cous and veg.
Pineapple.

Aperol spritz

Tea: turkey, courgettes and sweet potato, salad with tomatoes 3 ways, avocado, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and olives

Then went out after tea and had one scoop of gelato.
