What were the least favorite things your parents would have you eat growing up?

oats o simple

Liver
Tinned new potatoes with a layer of what could only be described as mushy sand on each one.
Sausage casserole that when you lifted the sausage on the fork, the sausage meat would fall out leaving the slimy casing on your fork. The stuff of nightmares I tell you!

Salad Cream 😣

Steak and kidney pie. The kidney 🤢
Stir fry but with horrible vegetables like bean sprouts and mangetout.
Queen of puddings.

Liver and onions. But also white cabbage. It was just boiled and plonked on the plate so by the time the ate was on our laps (classy!) it was cold and wet.

Those frozen reformed processed lamb steaks too.
