All sandwich ideas will be greatly recived I'm hoping to put together a easy to follow sandwich cookbook I need lots of ideas many thanks

A weird-sounding one, but nice - brown crab meat, salt and vinegar crisps and mayonnaise, in a baguette.

Unusual one - snails in garlic butter (buy them from Lidl in 'French Week' if you are in the UK) with slices of mozerella cheese, sliced plum tomatoes, black pepper and sliced black olives - again, a baguette is best for this sandwich.

I like sandwiches but this thread is sounding a bit strange.

Leftover sandwich idea if you've had a Sunday dinner with roast pork - shred leftover pork and mash in with leftover roast potatoes (roughly mash so you have some crunchy roast potato fragments), spread white bread with Dijon mustard on one slice and apple sauce on the other (no butter/marge as it makes it too soggy) and the pork/potato mash in the middle.

I'm disabled and I'm wanting to create my own cookbook for use with other disabled people i m hoping after to create my own website I've got a certificate in cooking and bread making I am after ideas of different type of sandwiches want to help others to make simple meals

Fish fingers, iceberg lettuce, full fat mayo. In a ciabatta.
