I'm thinking of creating fun new sandwich ideas for anyone to make is that a good idea

You mean, the poster is sending personal messages to you? You can report them to Mumsnet, as indeed you can report posts on the thread.

Pastrami, turkey or chicken slices, slice of Emmental cheese, mayo, yellow mustard & gherkins. Works as a sandwich but even better as a toastie.

Peanut butter, banana & cinnamon.

Tuna mayo, cheese, sliced onions & peppers.

Philadelphia cheese & chopped peppers from a jar.

I'm also hoping to apply for open university all online to apply for a degree part time and apply for cookery school to further my knowledge of cooking keep you all updated on my progress 😊😊

Best ever sweet sandwich. White sliced, salted butter, sliced ripe banana, scatter of brown sugar and cinnamon.

I almost forgot my dp favourite sandwich, sadly for him he only gets it Xmas night and Boxing Day!

left over gammon finely cubed, sliced pigs in blankets, sliced pork stuffing. All heated up and spread into thick sliced white bread with Mayo on both slices.

They weigh heavy! He absolutely loves them and looks forward to them.

Best ever sandwich is rare roast beef , swiss cheese, rocket , mango chutney and grilled sweet potato slices on toasted Turkish. I have more recipes but I'm not telling😂

Cookie cutters make crustless pretty sandwiches. DD used to have little Christmas tree ones in December in her lunch box. She may have been a little spoilt. Heart-shaped ones with a loveheart on them. Cream cheese and cucumber were her favourite.

Fish fingers (hot) on sliced white bread with salted butter, a handful of salt and vinegar crisps and ketchup.

Hot salt beef on rye with mustard and slices of pickled cucumbers.

Christmas sandwiches: turkey replaces bread, one slice spread with cranberry, one slice with bread sauce, crumble some stuffing, slice some sprouts, join together like a sandwich.

Tin of red salmon, pepper, squeeze of lemon, chopped spring onions, Helman's, mash it all together. Spread between buttered brown bread add watercress, cut into triangles. One large tin should do 4 rounds.

Also nice are crustless sandwich fingers: work very well with: smoked salmon, egg mayo and cress, ham and cream cheese, cream cheese and cucumber- very dainty and moreish.

Proper club sandwiches with turkey, bacon, tomato slices and lettuce (three slices of bread - lightly toasted)

Thanks for the message that idea seems really cool maybe I should base my cookbook around that 😊😊 come up with new ideas for them

Good ham, Brie, mayo with mustard mixed in on a baguette.

Granary bread, sliced toms, mozzarella, basil, mayo, salt and pepper.

Left over turkey, sliced sausage, stuffing, cranberry sauce in a big white floury cob.
