Sunday dinner, what are you having?

What’s everyone having for their Sunday dinner? I fancy a roast…

Really busy just now so love chucking meat and vegetables into the oven and hope for the best! So, yesterday, pigs cheeks, carrots, onions, cider, stock, mustard, honey, thyme and sage. We don't eat until later normally so 4 hours around 9.30 ish loved it. Same today! With mashed potatoes and my husband loves cabbage so, yes. Colcannon. Sautéed cabbage. Air fresheners working hard!

I defrosted and cooked a Turkey crown I had frozen last Christmas after getting it cheap ... not recommended - had clearly been frozen far too long - fortunately the sides were nice .
