What’s everyone having for their Sunday dinner? I fancy a roast…

Pork chops roasted sprouts and mash with gravy at least that's what they are having , me packet of French fries lol

Homemade Lasagne :)

Roast chicken with a ham, roasted potatoes, pastry, cauliflower cheese, and baby corn. Yum!

Traditional roast dinner- don't cook one every Sunday but was the perfect weather for it today. Having ice cream for desert

Roast poussin, roast potatoes, petit pois and leeks. Rhubarb crumble to follow. Should have been last night's but couldn't be bothered.

Roast chicken, pots, broccoli, parsnips, red cabbage, yorkshires. Sticky toffee pud and custard.

DD's just made choc chunk cookies.

@sittingonacornflake I totally cheat and just buy a ready rolled pastry and serve it sitting on top of the chicken & ham, with gravy. The kids love it!

DH is making a chicken roast dinner, roast potatoes, honey glazed carrots with sprouts and gravy. The gravy has star anise and cranberry sauce and smells amazing!

I just made a chicken and green bean curry for me and my DDs (young). I'm the only one that's actually eaten it, ofc

I'd normally do a roast chicken today but we had a midweek roast as it was a request from my visiting DD. So tonight DS and I are having spicy chicken stuffed flatbreads with feta salad. Probably a bit "summer" but an easy meal we both enjoy.

Roast leg of lamb, garlic and rosemary roast potatoes, Savoy cabbage with pancetta and home made red wine gravy. 😋

McDonald's would absolutely love a roast with all the trimmings!

We had mince beef and onion pies, and jacket potatoes left from our bonfire party last night.

I reheated the pies, chopped the jackets in 6, shook them up with some S&P and a bit of oil and turned them into skin on roasties in the air fryer. Plus carrots, peas. sprouts and gravy.

I missed the window on having a pie last night (too busy) so I thoroughly enjoyed one today!

Quorn roast, roast potatoes, yorkshires, carrots, sprouts and parsnips, with gravy. And pigs in blankets for those that do.
might do a syrup sponge for pud, with custard

Loin of pork, hopefully with crackling

Apple sauce

DS and dil should arrive in about 20 minutes, dinner at 8pm because dd and bf are going to evensong.

Want to finish by 9pm because we want to watch Mr Handcock make an arse of himself on "I'm a Celeb".

Bangers n mash with onion gravy and petit pois.

Im using the second recipe from my Hello Fresh box. Pasta and porks and peas in a creamy sauce. Our first one (harissa beef on flatbread with sweet potato fries and cucumber mint yoghurt) went down well. Generous servings.

Sausages, mash, carrots, broccoli, leeks and onion gravy. I'm having a cauliflower steak topped with a Stilton sourdough crust instead of the sausages.

A Carribbean stew is currently simmering away. It smells delish 😁
