Can I eat at your house? That sounds yum.

Ours will be some kind of pasta bake with Chorizo and bit that need to be used up in the fridge.

That sounds amazing, what do you marinate the pork fillet in?

I cheat, I buy a packet marinade and its delicious. Pork can be tasteless so the marinade makes it really tasty.

Bean chilli, spicy coleslaw, guacamole and sour cream with air fryer wedges.

Except a slight variation (!) where the coleslaw is made from half a bag of stir fry mix that needs using, the sour cream is actually thick yoghurt I always have in, and the wedges are made from potatoes chopped a bit to get rid of the sprouty bits!

Basically a v cheap meal, and since it's just me there'll be plenty of chilli leftover, some for nachos tomorrow, using a pack of value range tortilla chips and yellow stickered cheese, and the rest in the freezer.

Beautifulsunflowers · 20/10/2022 16:51

I'm still on the train and haven't fully decided, but I'm thinking Mujadarra with some kind of vegetable dish. There's some pomegranate that needs eating so Middle Eastern seems to make sense. DC won't eat that so chicken goujons for them.
