What dinners do you serve with bread?

Other than soup, what meals go with a slab of fresh bread? Keen to use up a nice loaf before it goes stale.

Butter.

As a low carber who misses good bread a lot, just a touch of butter would be lovely. But struggling to think of anything that isn't improved with a chunk of decent bread!!

Sausages. Brown sauce. Butter. Job done.

Mussels, seafood pasta, seafood stew, chowder, sashuka, cod cooked in tinned tomatoes with olives. Yum

Cauliflower cheese
Mince (love it with toast rather than mash sometimes)
Any casserole
Almost anything with a sauce.

Oh, and salad.
