Getting my arse back in gear
Tomorrow: Christmas dinner (Christmas for me was cancelled for covid)
Saturday: picky bits/leftovers
Sunday: jacket spuds with leftover chilli
Monday: borlotti bean shepherds pie
Tuesday: mushroom and leek risotto
Wednesday: satay noodle stirfry
Thursday: DP sorts

Gobi Chana, home made flatbread.
Gnocchi and garlic mushrooms
Creamy pasta bake with roast pepper and sun dried tomatoes.
Thai green curry, rice.
Black bean and squash enchiladas, salad.
Courgette and feta fritters from the freezer and home made wedges.
If needed - veggie sausage and mash, trimmings.

A bit of an odd week here - I’m still off for half term, DP is back at work and has an overseas guest in the office he needs to take out a couple of times.

M - Moroccan meatballs and cous cous
T - I’m out for lunch, DP has a work thing at night so I will have scrambled eggs or similar
W - butternut and sage risotto
Th - chicken breasts, baked potatoes, salad
F - I’m out for lunch, DP another work thing - I’ll have a snacky dinner
Sat - spaghetti carbonara
Sun - both of us out for lunch for BIL’s birthday, another snacky dinner

Monday both back to work so normal service will be resumed!

@AbsolutelyNebulous im afraid mine is winged on the day with what veg is about to go and probably offensively inauthentic
