Unusual sandwich filling combinations

Do you have any unusual sandwich filling suggestions? I'm currently munching on a cheddar and mango chutney sandwich 😋

Spread both slices of bread with some mayo, a bit of mango chutney and a little Malaysian chilli paste or similar to up the spiciness. Put sliced hardboiled egg on one slice, lid on, slice, eat. I'm possibly a bit too liberal with the mayo and chutney as it often oozes out onto my fingers while I eat but I'm usually eating alone, so who cares! The chilli paste does a good job of offsetting the sweetness of the chutney and pushing up the spice level. Egg and hot spices go well together.

I like mozzarella pesto and sun dried tomatoes

Not that unusual but lovely

Also baked bean and cheese toasties

NOT a sandwich but for breakfast I have sunny side up eggs with bread spread with just a tiny bit of honey. Game changer!!!!!

peanut butter and thinly sliced banana. We used to layer peanut butter and marmite before it was available in jars.

I love cheddar with red onion and cherry tomatoes

Cream cheese, ham and chilli jam.

I can confirm that the hummus and avocado was delicious as was the brie and mango chutney 😋😋😋

Sieved hard-boiled eggs with just a little butter mayo to make it spreadable. Topped with wafer thin slices of pickled walnuts.

My aunt used to make a carrot salad which was grated salad, peanuts and raisons. This, with white bread, sweet chilli sauce and cheddar cheese is unexpectedly good.
