Unusual sandwich filling combinations

Do you have any unusual sandwich filling suggestions? I'm currently munching on a cheddar and mango chutney sandwich 😋

When I was a kid I worked in a bakery and one lady came in every Saturday for a roll with cheddar cheese, pickle and mayonnaise with a slice of tomato. I tried it once and was surprised that it wasn’t as gross as it sounded.

Avocado, feta and pumpkin seeds

Artichoke pate and Parma ham

Sardine & tomato paste with sliced pickled onion.

Peanut butter, raspberry jam & chilli cheese.

In sixth form I had a Saturday job in a cafe which started my love of bacon and coleslaw sandwiches. They made their own coleslaw and it so good but I've been unable to replicate it
If I'm feeling particularly decadent I'll have a fried egg in there too

Brie and beetroot. Gorgeous.

Not a sandwich really but a mince roll is good! Has to have brown sauce on it too. Think it's a Dundee thing.

I like a fish finger sandwich with sliced pickled onion and ketchup on it or a ham salad roll with brown sauce.

A colleague of mine used to eat raw mushroom and alfalfa sprout sandwiches……

Cheese and lemon curd or cheese and marmalade.

Morning roll, salted butter, wotsits.

Philadelphia and grape 🥰🥰

Marmite & prawn cocktail crisp
Chicken super noodles
Marmite & salt n vinegar chip sticks

Smokey bacon crisps and ketchup

Beef stew and stuffing

Also not a sandwich but vanilla ice cream and salted nuts

Banana and marmite or curry super noodles with a fried egg are my favourites.

Sweet chilli flavour kettle chips and mayonnaise.

I'll have one at Christmas when the calories don't count.

Also not unusual in any way but I'm a sandwich lover but try not to have too much bread as I pile the weight on if I do. But now you've made me think of my favourite sandwich of all that I have most days at our holiday spot in Spain.

A huge crusty roll, with garlic Mayo, Gouda cheese, salami, fresh sliced tomato (those big ones) and lettuce.

And always with Spanish crisps. Normally ruffled ham flavour ones.

Bacon and peanut butter
Felafel, mozzarella, honey and basil
Mincemeat and grated apple, toasted

Oh, breaded scampi cocktail sauce and salad

Tuna mayo and ready salted crisps

Thick cut ham and grapes. The firm green type. The grapes, that is. Not the ham. The ham should be pinkish. But still quite firm.

Oh wow lots of combinations to try out!
Think will start with hummus and avocado and thanks for suggesting replacing cheddar with brie!
Philladelphia and nutella is good too! And has anyone ever put pesto in their sandwiches... that's tasty too!!
