Jacket potato toppings - what’s your favourite?

I personally like jacket with sour cream and chives. I also love oven baked jacket potato with lots of cheese, usually accompanied with a chicken salad or tuna salad or a Mexican bean salad loaded on top as a topping. And recently, I tried it with butter chicken which was fab... and now I’m hungry again

What’s your favourite topping?

How do you bake the potato and make it fluffy inside? Mine never taste like cafe jackets.

Butter and sweet and sour chicken (not in batter) chicken breast cubed in sharwoods sweet and sour sauce with a pinch of black pepper on top

Sorry, you put a blob of butter in the baked potato and then stick your sweet and sour on top, maybe didn't make much sense but only had 2 hrs sleep

@AvantGardening I add butter as normal and then about a teaspoon of marmite and mash that all together into the potato. Then add the grated cheese on top. That is today's lunch

Lots of butter and salad cream. Sometimes with a sprinkle of grated cheese.

Though I do love coleslaw and grated cheese too 😊
