What was the last thing you made in the slow cooker?

I usually love cooking but I have a very active 18 month old and am 4/5 weeks pregnant and exhausted already. So, I'm hoping to use my slow cooker a bit more. I recently made chilli which was lovely and making beef and tomato casserole next week, but looking for some other ideas.

I did Chicken Tonight Spanish chicken with peppers and chorizo last night. Served with roasted baby new potatoes and crusty bread.

Just brought some braising beef for the slow cooker for tomorrow's dinner based on this thread.

In the passed month I've made
Roast chicken
Thai red curry
Beef casserole
Spaghetti Bolognese
Stew
And tomorrow were having beef Stroganoff

Chicken stock in small one and turkey taco mince in big one. I expect my slow cooker may get pushed aside a little if when I buy an instant pot
