@taffetta everything I’ve made from Smitten Kitchen has been lovely, it’s one of my favourites.

Mai Pham has arrived and there’s loads I want to make, think I’m going to start with the Sizzling Saigon Crepes - they look like something ds5 will love

I'm tentatively in - having DC2 on Monday so may not have time/inclination to cook new recipes but we'll see!

Love the vintage idea! I have a great Hamlyn book from DH nan, and always love a good nose round the charity shop.

@Catinthecorner do you want to start the new thread or one of us other oldies to do so?
