New years resolution :

to cook more, make healthy, home cooked meals, for a family of 4, me DH, DS 7 and DD 17 months

also, am ashamed of the amount of food wasted because it goes off or sits in the fridge looking forlorn because i don;t do anyhitng with it!

the only thing we don;t eat is pork..

if anyone has a meal planner and / or simple recipes they would like to share or can link to anything useful, that would be much appreciated..

if i don;t reply it is becasye my parents are over, so will be doing RL stuff.
