New years resolution :

to cook more, make healthy, home cooked meals, for a family of 4, me DH, DS 7 and DD 17 months

also, am ashamed of the amount of food wasted because it goes off or sits in the fridge looking forlorn because i don;t do anyhitng with it!

the only thing we don;t eat is pork..

if anyone has a meal planner and / or simple recipes they would like to share or can link to anything useful, that would be much appreciated..

if i don;t reply it is becasye my parents are over, so will be doing RL stuff.

I am sure my dh will be eternally grateful if i can actually be efficient enough to work a planner! Its worth a good try though!

It went on for absolutely ages!

Yorkie did it for ages, then I made the mistake of saying that I had it and I ended up doing it for ages!

It's so brilliant though.

In the end I would wait a day then collect all the email addys and send to all in one go. It'll tail off soon................... PMSL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No honest! It will!

Hi Mellowma, this will go down as your big regret for 2007.. volunteering a menu plan! Mckenzie offered to forward me hers/(his), but it hasn't come through, Can I pleeze trouble you for a copy?
