New years resolution :

to cook more, make healthy, home cooked meals, for a family of 4, me DH, DS 7 and DD 17 months

also, am ashamed of the amount of food wasted because it goes off or sits in the fridge looking forlorn because i don;t do anyhitng with it!

the only thing we don;t eat is pork..

if anyone has a meal planner and / or simple recipes they would like to share or can link to anything useful, that would be much appreciated..

if i don;t reply it is becasye my parents are over, so will be doing RL stuff.

PS I think it was originally Yorkie's and is based on Slimming World too. Last time it did the rounds we made donations to the British Heart Foundation in memory of YG's DH Nigel. Maybe people could do something similar again? Or maybe a charity involved in sudden infant deaths in light of poor GGG's recent devasating tragedy.
