Simplicity and easiness is encouraged but points will be deducted for Hunter's Stew, any kind of tray bake, spag bol and anything that contains a tub of Philadelphia.

M so un-MN that I haven't even bothered to plan or shop. Last night we had fish fingers with oven chips and a tin of mushy peas. Tonight we've had bacon butties and DD had a crisp sandwich...

Never posted before but just had to say you are all great, this thread has made me laugh so loudly that I made my dog jump!!!

I'll go from Saturday as I've only planned until Friday this week. This is for two adults and a toddler.

Saturday: Chicken fajitas
Sunday: Roast beef, roast potatoes, vegetables and bisto gravy
Monday: Leftover chicken fajitas
Tuesday: Chicken curry made from a jar of curry sauce and rice
Wednesday: Vegetable ratatouille defrosted from freezer and pasta
Thursday: Jacket potato, salmon and veg
Friday: Spaghetti Bolognese defrosted from freezer

How did I do?

OK, starting from where I left off last week (cub scout overnight hike spag bol dinner on Saturday...)

Sun: Worn out from cub, it was Lamb Rogan Josh curry (HM from freezer)
Mon: Meatballs, jar of tomato & chilli sauce, and pasta.
Tues: Chicken fajitas
Wed: HM pizza
Thurs: Chicken tikka masala (I need to marinade the chicken overnight tonight)
Fri: Probably a takeaway
Sat: I was supposed to have a nice relaxed dinner of my own making, but DH messed up travel days so probably feta chicken or something with fish
Sun: Nice mushroom dinner or something relaxed and casual just for me and my own tastes and fancies!!!!! YUM!!!
