Bit of mango/pineapple
Fromage frais
Fish in breadcrumbs

hard boiled egg
carrot sticks
yoghurt
raisins/school bar
fromage frais
fish in breadcrumbs
oven chips

Oh and they both had a handful of jely babies.

In my mind they ate really well today, even DD2 managed 6 portions of fruit/veg (and she doesn't eat fruit expect apple and raisins/schoolbar) They ate milk/yoghurts, had carbs and a bit of sugar.

OK I could switch to natural organically woven yoghurts with home made alfalfa puree and potato wedges not chips. Also lose the ice-cream/sweets/chocolate sauce. BUT I cannot be bothered!!
