The burglary is actually in the news at the moment as my friend's brother in law is quite well known. My friend was devastated when her sister passed and this really is the last straw.

I have to talk about volunteering at the charity shop and how well it's going. I'm mainly dealing with the books and I love it, I'm surprised just how much! Anyway. It's all very uncertain at the moment but there might be a prospect of a paid job there in a couple of months if they can get the funding. Which, if it happened, would be fabulous.

I DID see the pics. I am now broody. Actually, it's been creeping up on me for weeks in the run up to DD's first birthday. Suddenly she's not babe in arms anymore and I miss it. I'm very surprised at how this has crept up on me seeing as I look back on her first few months with great stress and sorrow.

Thanks for all your lovely comments, Lily is wonderful, really lovely. I'm very sore and uncomfortable but hoping to go home tomorrow, I'm spending too mcuh time alone thanks to weird visiting times and trying to maintain normality for my big two, and it makes me all daft a tearful.
