I saw that tee I'm with you on this one, I ended up having a row with my Aunt christmas eve and asking her to leave my house because she'd messed me around with plans/times since october then rang me late the day before saying when they'd arrive and expected lunch, anyway me and dp lost track of time, he was very busy I was in agony with the staples and fending off the affections of 6 big kids from Lily, and was a touch fed up of the spectating of every aspect of her care, when trying to change her she was screaming and aunt called her dcs to watch as my cousin wanted to see her cord apparently! This attracted the whole brood so I asked them all to just step a bit as they were making me flustered (exact words) aunt bursts into tears and storms off to the bathroom, comes back and sniffles in the corner then when my Mum and I ignored her at 2ish she had a massive strop saying it was clear she wasn't welcome, dp said well if you'd agreed a plan with us months ago we'd be more organised, she then got very personal and spiteful so I told her to leave. The whole family is controlled by her outbursts and I for one am sick of it. She came back in and appolagised but I'm still seething with her

Hope you have had a good Christmas.
Mine has been a bit mixed. Had a lovely xmas day yesterday, and managed to eat my dinner despite having a idea what would happen.... All relaxing at home, just a generally lovely lazy day with my little family!

Skip through to today and I am paying badly for eating said dinner. No food so far today :(

Decs will be coming down tomorrow - I feel twitchy. I want my living room back.

State Good for you! Tee is spot on! I don't put up with it, used to, but no more. I seem to have grown some balls when I had ds. I don't need the hassle of anyone else!

Mines been mixed also, the big dcs have been a bit trying but were much nicer for the last part of today which is nice, tbh if me and dp lowered our standards and he hadn't had to fetch my Mum etc in between cooking, and I wasn't feeding Lily so often ds and dd1 would have been calmer I assume as we could have got the hamma beads out etc. Felt awful saying no to some things but i had no choice. We still have 2 weeks two Weeks until ds is back to school, just over for dd so I'm sure we'll manage to do everything they got in that time, two weeks baptism in fire as a family of five that's for sure!!

I am going to next week once the madness is well and truly over and won't have to wait hours and hours to be seen .
Its getting silly now. I don't think its anything more than a viscous circle but I need to know how to break it!.

Glad to hear they have bucked up abit. Must be a bit much for them at the moment. New sister, christmas, holidays etc etc. I'm sure once everything settles down abit they will.

The snails are cool, ds is desperate to clean them out, so I'm guessing friday ill be at the sodding tropical pet store for fresh substrate. One snail is huge compared to when we brought them, that tanks not gonna last long
