OP posts:
BonkeyMollocks · 17/11/2012 10:02

Morning

How are we all doing today?

Sun is shining here and I have some work to catch up on because I have been a lazy bint the last few days Hmm

Shaky · 17/11/2012 11:05

Good morning everyone.

It's a sunny day here too.

We are going sofa shopping today. I am committing a mumsnet crime by wanting a brown leather one but I don't care Grin

Tee2072 · 17/11/2012 12:00

Well, been to open house for a primary school that LittleTee will not be attending. Still firmly in favour of the one his preschool is attached to. Their lack of organization today really got my hackles up.

BonkeyMollocks · 17/11/2012 13:23

I have a brown leather sofa

BonkeyMollocks · 17/11/2012 15:14

5!

5 bloody christmas songs I have heard in the last hour Angry

I love christmas! But I expect this amount of frequency in December not flipping November the 17th!

StateofConfusion · 17/11/2012 16:03

I had a brown leather sofa, twas lovely but cheap and two toddlers, 3 house moves, and 6 months stacked in storage killed it :(

I'm having a rotten day my dcs are acting feral, I'm going to make a chocolate cake.

DreamySleepyNightySnoozySnooze · 17/11/2012 19:28

I also have a brown leather sofa?

StateofConfusion · 17/11/2012 19:33

I'm going to miss my brown leather sofa

I've got freshly baked chocolate cake if anyone wants some

BonkeyMollocks · 17/11/2012 20:02

State Your cake looks fab!

I'm bored! Dh is at work, X-Factor is on but I don't really care enough to pay too much attention....

And it seems we are a puddle of brown leather sofas! Grin

StateofConfusion · 17/11/2012 21:02

I'm watching russle howards good news then sticking nightmare before christmas on, I've never seen it.

I now feel a bit sick! Two slices of cake was my limit.

BonkeyMollocks · 17/11/2012 21:07

I'll have the rest !

Tee2072 · 17/11/2012 21:09

I have a green leather sofa, but it came with the house. I never would have bought it. Although it is comfy!

Did someone say cake?

BonkeyMollocks · 17/11/2012 21:19

Gone tee ! Blush

DreamySleepyNightySnoozySnooze · 17/11/2012 21:22

Tee, someone's asking what's up with all the head tilting and 'Are you ok, OP?" in chat! Do you want to explain? Wink

Tee2072 · 17/11/2012 21:31

Damn. I missed the cake!

Where is it, Dreamy?

Tee2072 · 17/11/2012 21:34

Found it, thanks.

It apparently didn't start with me. It just escalated with me!

That was a totally bonkers time!

Shaky · 17/11/2012 21:43

Someone say cake?

Didn't get the sofa I wanted, it was already sold Sad, we saw it 2 weeks ago but the shop said they could only keep it for a week. We didn't know when the conservatory was going to be finished so couldn't get it. I'm a bit gutted but we have managed to get the same suite but in BLACK!

Ds has had a total meltdown over teeth cleaning tonight, it was horrendous, he got so upset that he puked all over the bath mat. I feel like the worlds worst mum to tonight. It is the first time he has ever gone to bed with unbrushed teeth. Sad.

Shaky · 17/11/2012 21:48

Tee your Facebook thread where it all started was bonkers, hilarious and a bit bat shit crazy. It was fab! Grin

DreamySleepyNightySnoozySnooze · 17/11/2012 21:48

Yes, I didn't realise you flounced Tee!

showtunesgirl · 17/11/2012 21:55

Evening all.

So I saw the parents today. They are briefly in the country and are flying back out again on Thursday which is DD and DH's birthday and won't be back until April. Sometimes I really miss having them around. Sad

The good thing is that they've given us a bit of money so now we can afford the tumble dryer we've had our eye on.

Tee2072 · 17/11/2012 21:55

Shaky I can't tell you the number of times LittleTee had gone to bed without brushing. Don't sweat it.

I never flounced. But the thread where I was told I was, and bullied, was even more bonkers.

I'm terrible for remembering teeth brushing too, often end up shouting, "quick brush your teeth" whilst I'm putting my boots on and gathering bags in the morning.
