That's fantastic Tee!
Baby slept from 11pm til 4.30am last night.
But for some reason I feel really tired and rubbish today. Think my cold is still lingering. Also, I think my name change has had an effect on him - he's gone from being Baby Dreamy, to Baby Screamy! He's good at night, but on no account am I allowed to put him down during the day. He screams until he's sweaty. I didn't know babies could sweat! But how else am I supposed to have a wee? The only chance I get to eat or shower is after the school run when he's fallen asleep in the pram, and even then he waits until I've just sat down with my food, or just started washing my hair, then wakes up and starts yelling. It's just a phase. It's just a phase. It's just a phase.
Your poor dd Empress. It was very restrained of her not to contest it with the teacher. Very unfair on her, and really bad that the school didn't let you know where she was.
Thank god GBBO has finished. I have tupperware full of flapjack, brownies and biscuits in my kitchen because that programme has made me hungry. I need to stop baking and concentrate on finishing eating it all. Anyone want to come round and help me? I've been sending stuff to Mil and school but I still have far too much!
I went to Iceland once when I was a student. Got so much stuff for a tenner, I was very impressed. I haven't been since, to be honest the adverts put me off.
Hope your arms feel better soon State. It's kind of interesting to know that you had the same injection the children have, and how painful it actually is. I think children are pretty tough really, and deal with stuff like that better than adults.
Very jealous of your sparkling clean house Showtunes. I hate housework.
So Shaky, how does the puddle look now you can see us all properly? Not a muddy puddle anymore!
