I shall be attempting this tomorrow for dinner. I am excited about trying something I've heard such good things about but am looking for any tips! Also interested to hear your experiences. :)

How spicy are the buffalo strips?

Not very at all, in fact I'd spice them up a bit more next time.
The blue cheese dip cools them too.

I cant stand blue cheese, so will be trying a different sauce

You could easily sub another cheese.
I've had this bookmarked for a while, and think it would go well.
