What will YOU eat for dinner tonight?

When I've been working I find it a real chore to go home and start cooking a meal from scratch. I'm looking for ideas that are quick, easy, tasty and nutritious (SP?)

I used to have a crush on a saturday boy at a fishmongers. I used to make sure my laces were undone and do them up outside his shop. We kissed one night but i wouldn't let him put his hands up my top. So we never spoke again

tonight we are having sweet chilli pork medallions, with stir fry veg and noodles. Yum!

Northerner - get Nigel Slater's "30 minute cook". Healthy (apart from cream) genuinely quick recipies and v tasty too. Chow mein is good and nicer than takeaway.

I AM going to eat - out with my friend and meeting in a bar round the corner. I MUST eat. Once I've started quaffing I tend to forget to eat. BAD hangover. I must eat ....

DH is making dinner tonight (a friend is coming over and my cooking is notoriously bad so they only come when he cooks!) and we are having chilli tacos. I love them but am not feeling great this evening and just want to crawl into bed... Very ungrateful I know.

Naughty night today, nothing wholesome, homemade or healthy - pizza, chips and salad (well the salad is healthy). Maybe a bottle of wine too. I don't work Fridays or Mondays so this night is the strt of my weekend, that's my excuse
