Having the baked bean lasagna tonight instead but cottage cheese doesn't look appetising (it's in the oven now). Shall I brown it under the grill?

Niddlynono · 07/11/2005 17:16

I'm a planner as well and our menu for this week looks something like this:
Mon - Salmon with rosemary, butter & lemon, with mange tout and peas
Tues - Chicken fajitas
Wed - Meatballs & mash
Thurs - Chicken pad Thai or green Thai curry
Fri - Pork medallions with creme fraiche, chilli & lemon

Rickman - just finished it and it was delicious!

MummyJules · 07/11/2005 18:09

I wish I was Mrs Oliver! ;) [envy}

I got nearly all of the recipes out of my two fave recipe books at the moment which are the good food guides - one called simple suppers and the other cheap eats. Couldn't recomend them higher enough - I think they are fab and cheap at only £5.00
