I see Wendy Richard was in a few. Then she went into Are You Being Served. Must have been more fun than playing dreary Pauline. No-one ever has any fun in Albert Square.

Are You Being Served, Hi-de-Hi, Allo Allo etc really took up where Carry On left off.

I can happily watch any of them on a winters afternoon. as a child we would watch them as a family although my mum hated them.
They are also a fascinating cast to read about, addiction, affairs and health problems. Plus totally ripped off by the producer/franchise as none ever received repeat fees and only a flat fee for each film.

Pretty standard for the time, not just for the Carry On films. At the time when they were made, no-one envisaged repeated tv showings, videos, dvds etc.

Carry On Cleo is my favourite (I love Amanda Barrie) and Carry On Regardless.

I remember Carry on Henry - a group of us from school went to see it back in the early 70s. Fond memories!

I love them all and have been watching them recently on a random TV channel. Will report back when I remember the channel. Love Sid James’ laugh so much and all of the character’s sayings and idiosyncrasies.

I adore all the Carry On films! My favourites are Cabby, Nurse, Convenience and Abroad.

I think my favourites are carry on Doctor and Carry on Matron. But I never get tired of watching any of them.
