Think there’s a few I want to see. A few horrors are coming out this year I will see. I am trying to avoid Barbie 😂

I’m looking forward to Wonka which I think is out at Christmas so a bit of a wait.

Death in Venice is out in September. The latest Agatha Christie that Kenneth Branagh has directed.
Based on Halloween Party.

Nousername94 · 31/07/2023 19:13

Looking forward to both of those films

Paw Patrol Grin

My daughter is probably on the cusp of being able to manage a film, so I'm going to try her on the new Paw Patrol film in October.

If successful, I might have a new cinema buddy to indulge my animated delights with!

I really liked Barbie

DC are desperate to see the new trolls movie in November. The cinema year peaked for me with GOTG3

MillicentTrilbyHiggins · 31/07/2023 19:27

Wonka and Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes

User5653218 · 31/07/2023 19:28

Dune 2 and Napoleon

bet she’ll love it. I love taking my 4 year old
we we’re on our way to watch ‘Teenage mutant ninja turtles’ this afternoon but the bus was late so we left it as we wouldn’t have made it 😂

’Talk to me’ is out now and I really want to see that as well as cobweb and poor things

Wonka! Really can’t wait. The remake of Matilda was just so good.

ThunderMonkey · 31/07/2023 20:00

On a timothee chalamet tip, Dune 2, but not sure about Wonka. I thought he really didn’t seem very suited to the role in the trailer, if he’s like that all the way through I think I’d be cringing watching it…

APurpleSquirrel · 31/07/2023 20:35

Dune 2
The Marvels
Possibly Wonka

Oh I’d completely missed that there was a new one. Thank you for this. It’s „a haunting in Venice“.

Barbie is really good- much deeper than I had anticipated

Have never been in to Barbie so just don’t feel the need to watch it. Have read so many mixed reviews about from threads on here

Oh yes you’re right Haunting in Venice.

Littlepinkstarsbyradish · 02/08/2023 23:26

The new Wonka is by the team who did Paddington (and Paddington 2) so I’m very excited!

Strokethefurrywall · 02/08/2023 23:33

Meg 2! Get in!!!!!

AnSionnachGlic · 02/08/2023 23:33

I thought all big movies are being delayed due to the strike? Also looking forward to new Agatha Christie movie but filming has halted due to strike. Hopefully will be resolved soon and all will progress as planned.

MMorales · 02/08/2023 23:40

Wanna watch trolls

Habreathmint · 02/08/2023 23:41

Me too! Must have seen the first one about 30 times - it's my DD's favourite film.
