Think there’s a few I want to see. A few horrors are coming out this year I will see. I am trying to avoid Barbie 😂

the new exorcist film looks awful but Cobweb is meant to be good.

I thought Cobweb looked good on the trailer, but the reviews I've seen have been crap.

Theater Camp was far better than I expected and made me laugh out loud a few times. It had a lovely kind ending too - recommended

Could somebody follow the plot of Meg 2 if they haven't seen Meg 1? 🤣

I saw Meg 2 yesterday with my 4 year old and I haven’t seen the first one. wasn’t that impressed with it but my son enjoyed it 😂

I know! I'll watch anything with Anthony Starr in it and it looks properly creepy on the trailer.

Plus if it's terrible it's only 1 hour 28 mins 👍

I was really disappointed in meg 2 as number 1 is a favourite. Im looking forward to saw, currently rewatching them all to try be in with a chance of remembering all the characters stories.

The exorcist 2 also looks good, think its out in October.

Ah - I have Cineworld Unlimited so I just pay monthly. I may wander into Blue Beetle this weekend too 😀

The Scrapper also looks good but I don't know what the distribution is like. I saw a trailer for Old Oak last night - I won't be going, but I know there's a big audience for this stuff and from what I could see it's more of the usual, so they should be happy enough with it.

Cobweb was OK! It won't win any prizes, but I enjoyed it.

Ooh yes the second Musketeers one and also the Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, just saw the trailer and definitely want to see it now!

I also went to see Barbie despite really not being keen and having no interest in Barbie (but couldn't get to a showing of the film I actually wanted to see) but found it much better than I expected actually, quite entertaining and funny in spite of (or because of) the cheesiness, so I'd say it's worth seeing, though there were a few sections that dragged on a bit too long for me.

I enjoyed Cobweb, but then I'd read reviews and my expectations were on the floor so plot holes you can drive a truck through were par for the course.

I think my favourite part was Anthony Starr responding to being asked about a large gash on his arm dripping blood everywhere with 'oh, just caught it on a nail', whereupon it was never mentioned again 🤣
