Apparently he tweeted that she was having an affair (without any proof), and the way he put it was a spiteful little jibe about her being a “sanctity of marriage preaching woman” adding “it always comes back to bite them on the arse”
Now I understand he might have an issue with her as I think she was against same sex marriage. But this man always strikes me as an arrogant twat and a nasty piece of work.

I scrolled through expecting to see 50% sympathy from his supporters and 50% ridicule from the rest of the sane world but I could only see one tentatively supportive tweet in a sea of laughing-face emojis and genuine outrage at his cheeky fuckery, staggering lack of self-awareness and entitlement.

The total lack of self-awareness he's showing is really something. I wonder what the partner makes of this. They could lose their home over this, surely? Someone dug Dr Jessen's opinion on reproductive choice up. It seemed that he didn't think reasons for pregnancy terminations were as culturally relative as forced marriage of 12 year olds, and he was happy to judge the former.

I've also found a stat saying that a woman in Niger has a 1 in 7 chance of dying from childbirth or pregnancy complications. That statistic will be driven up by the nation's high rate of child marriage. So a teenage girl's individual risk will be higher than that.
