yes - quite a few different ones!
Depends - if you find the right one, then yes. But they all suit people differently and some can make you feel a lot worse especially early on in the treatment

If you think they arn't working and/or causing the (very rare in my case) side effects and the doc fobs you off ask for a second opinion. They worked in that I havn't had a period of depression for 5 years after being depressed for 12 years. However I had some reactions that weren't taken seriously as side effects.

Had a rare reaction to one type but others have been fab (note to self: repeat prescription)!

I took an overdose and was sectioned for the first time in my life on the third day of taking them.
Later turned out there was a link between that drug and increased suicide risk
Never took ADs again,
recovered without meds

Yes: life saver. Too ill to get better without. Did it 2 and a half years, came off. Never looked back.
