I am really struggling.

I feel like crying all the time. I can't remember the last time I properly smiled or had a good laugh.

I am in a deep hole and have no space or energy to get myself out of it.

Suicide is on my mind a lot. I don't want to die but I just want it all to end.

On ADs but no other support.

I wish I had a Mum.

I was working between London and Kent gpong back and forth with jobs. While in London I meet a Kent man and then we ended up moving here together.

Home isn't anywhere to be honest.

That is a little bit sad,but good you got a good fella in your life. My DP is fab, but can be a bit grumpy sometimes - but then he lives with me.
You still working or at home with the family. Have to say I am so glad I returned to work, it really was my saving grace. Feel like me for those 3 days a week, and I hope I make the most of the 4 days with DS, although after today I have been pushed to my limits - christmas shopping and a 2 year old don't mix - what was I thinking.
Anyway how has your day been?

I gave up work when early pregnant and haven't worked since.

Been a good day thanks, wish I had phoned the HV sooner tbh.

Also helps I am not feeling spaced out on new AD's too.

That is good, hope they start doing there job soon. I just take each day as it comes. Glad the HV was a help, mine were pants. I am sure she was about 12 and could write all she knew about children on a match box!

I have had tonnes of HV's and about 2 were any good.
