supposed to go into town today to get costumes for the kids to dress up in for school on thursday with it being world book day. that means i got to keep dd off nursery and take her and ds2 with me. its pouring with rain and the thought of going out is making me break into a sweat and feel sick and dizzy. I ran out of ads on saturday. got to pick up my prescription later when i go for my couselling. I am dreading that. i feel so tired and weak.......dh has been pestering to go out for my birthday this week but tbh I am really not up to going out.

another day....another panic attack......

DH is still in bed. Alright for some!! I've been up since 6 with the kids. So far have done 2 loads of washing, cleaned the rabbits out, sorted the kids, cleaned the kitchen and mopped the floor. I feel drained already. Supposed to be going to MIL for tea cos she wants to fuss about my birthday which was on thursday. I am totally dreading. I just want to hide away from the world today....

Yes, bloody hell! Get him up. Can't he deal with everything today while you chill out? Wouldn't that be a better birthday treat?

Hi Titania, im sorry you fel so dreadful, i know the feeling of being absolutely terrified to even go out, but you can get better, im still trawling through the anxiety/panic mindfield! some days im having a panic attack before i even get out of bed, you need to start conquering your anxiety, i think that its more the problem than depression but severe anxiety can lead to depressive thoughts, a short break from the ads wont have helped either as you will have ahd withdrawel; symptons, you need to go to the gp and insist you see a cpn, a cpn is a nurse who has qualified in mental health, also try this website as I have found it very useful.www.nomorepanic.co.uk/, {{{hugs}}}
