I am not about today..................I am in charge of the cabaret/dinner-dance thing tonight for the dance school so heading of shortly to the hotel........eeeeek .

I hoe you can keep in your heart what I said yesterday on the phone and MSN.....it is ok to feel angry and scared and terrifired, but you should carry no shame as this happened to you, not you cause it.

I am going away for a few days needsupport but I will be thinking of you. I don't know exactly what has happened to you, am not on MN that much but it has obviously been traumatic and terrifying and left you with feelings of no self worth at all. I am sorry that this has happened to you but as psychomum said, I hope you can try and focus on the good people in your life because they will help you get through it and give you back some of that self worth you desperately need. You have a son, you have a mum who loves you and you have friends who care for you deeply - that much is obvious to me and I am just someone on an internet forum who doesn't know you. I know they are not living with what you are living with and that is probably little comfort as you battle to get through each day but they will all be there to help you get through this. And you will get through it.
