so on top of my ex partner being arrested for dv and dealing with his chaos ( counter claiming I abused him to police and social services and the social worker not being very nice accusing me of being on cannabis etc. I’ve know had bad news about a family friend ( my sisters childhood best friend) she has terminal cancer on her lungs aswell as tumors in her brain and pancreas. I just can’t deal with this anymore and feel suicidal. I can’t sleep or think straight anymore. I’m very emotional and don’t know long I’m going to last until I have a mental breakdown. I really need support right now and can’t depend on my family as they’re very upset about our family friend as am I .
