Just realized I'm the problem and I can't stop thinking I have no way out

I've found it so hard to get help for my mental health. I currently seem to have PMDD as I have been feeling bad, won't use the word and unable to stop crying and thinking it's my only way out.

I'm having such bad interactions with everyone and I'm clearly the problem.

Or am I

I'm currently trying the get information as to why Ive been referred back to talking therapies who have already rejected me after an assessment 3 years ago.

I have gone through five services in 20 months. All passing me on. I just don't get it.

From what you've written, I very much doubt that you're the problem and I'm sorry you're not getting the help and support that you need. Mental health services are in crisis in most areas. Just stick with it in the hope that you will get the appropriate service eventually.

I am the problem. It always ends in arguments with the call handler as I feel they just don't understand and I'm not given any support.
