I have been totally stable for four years. I need to attend cmht every six months. I think I am fully recovered so is there a way to delete my previous disgnosis?

Oh crap. I have schitzoaffective disorder but I have really been totally ok for four years. No symptoms whatsoever and I take my meds.

If you’re still taking meds though that doesn’t mean you no longer have the diagnosis … it means your medication is working.
“Deleting” it from your medical records would be fraudulent and potentially risky for you in the future.

I asked a similar question many years ago ..

I have borderline personality disorder . I just struggled with the stigma associated with it . I was told the best way to move it to history is to manage the condition but it will always be there .

If you are medicated that is keeping you stable . That is more important than holiday insurance.. if you deny it your insurance will be invalid

You’re still taking medication to manage your condition OP, so you still have it, it’s just under control due to meds. You acknowledge that, so why would you think you could pretend you didn’t have this?

You said you 'have' meaning current. You cannot remove details of medical diagnosis on there especially not ones you still have!

surely you know that's how insurance works? Someone wouldn't have heart attack removed just because the heart attack was four years ago..
