Return to work after 'breakdown'

I recently returned to work after 3 months off (severe anxiety and depression.)
Just wondered if anyone else had experience / tips.
I still feel very shaky but I'm not sure that staying off any longer would have actually helped the going back. It was always going to be difficult but I'm really worried about going downhill again.
I'm doing everything to try and avoid that happening. (Like most people I need to work.)
I've gone back part time initially and been very open with my boss. Work being very supportive and I know I'm really lucky to have that.

Thank you @Wakemeup17
@youveturnedupwelldone your post has really made me think. I'm in quite a senior role and I think that's probably making me think not to rely on others too much - but you're right. I need to think more practically about what I actually need.
I'm going to try and go back to basics with all the self help / relaxation stuff

Glad it was helpful - for context I am also in a senior role.

@kizziee how are you doing now? I'm in a similar situation at current, I've just returned after time off for anxiety and depression and I don't feel like I'm coping very well at all. Any tips?

Hi @Shesellsseashellsontheseasure
I'm sorry you are struggling at the moment.
I've been back at work for over a year now and things settled down (I'm always slightly nervous to say that.)
It was extremely difficult at first but did become easier in time.
I found that I needed a LOT of rest when I wasn't at work. Much more than normally. And I just gave unto it.
I also tried to make everything outside of work as stress free/easy as possible - i know that's not easy but there was only so much I could deal with.
There weren't any magic tips - I think it was more a time thing.
Look after yourself - I know how difficult it is. And try not to put too many expectations on yourself. Flowers
