Anxiety wickedly out of control this week and I’ve been buzzing like a fly and know I need a rest day binge watching anything to slow my mind down. Any good Netflix recommends? Nothing horror as my mind is playing horrid tricks just now ☹️Thank you

Emily in Paris is such a great and gentle series.

I sympathise op. I too have absolutely horrendous anxiety.

My absolute favourite is motherland. I’ve watched all three series a few times. Makes me laugh a lot and it’s so well written.

The Office (US) is quite an easy watch and very much what I’d class as being in the comfort category.

i'm currently really enjoying and recommend;
Extraordinary Attorney Woo
subtitles BUT gentle sweet and very different.

If you have Prime, my go to feel-good series is The Marvellous Mrs Maisel.

My got to is Derek when I'm mentally in a tailspin. It saved me this week after a bunch of seizures. Hope you feel better soon.

Try "Shtisel"

Absorbing, gentle, funny.

Perfect for anxiety-lessening.

Oh gosh, I need this thread!! Thank you for starting op.

I watched an episode of Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild on Channel 5. It’s about people who start a new life in a totally different environment. I was specifically interested in Rhona Mitra who moved to Uruguay. It was very inspiring! I will watch other episodes

This is an incredible and absorbing series. One of the best I’ve ever seen. Can’t wait for series 5 next month (sadly, the last).
