Really struggling with my mental health at the minute.
Finished a course with Talking Changes which was helpful to a degree.
Got a letter from them that has also been sent to my GP regarding my sessions and what we spoke about.
There are so many inaccuracies in this report also things that I was told was in confidence.
Am i within my rights to challenge this?
