I can’t cope anymore , I’m convinced of all sorts of horrible things and stuck in chemist next door to my house as I can’t cross the road. Not sure if A&E would or could help as it isn’t an emergency as such ? I’m terrified though .

We thought it might be useful to share some information from Mind - they have webpages offering support about anxiety and panic attacks as well as self-harming. Mind also has practical tips on what you can do when you feel like this and where to get urgent help. Maybe take a look and see if there’s anything which might be helpful right now.
