see what you mean. Would you normally be stressed about being off work? I know I have been - just thinking about the work building up in my absence IYSWIM.

I missed this at the weekend YG, lots of love to you and be kind to yourself. Sometimes it takes a couple of passes at different kinds of ads to find the right one. Thinking of you x

Yorkiegirl, I remember you posting about Nigel's death and feeling so much for you. I know I don't know you, but just wanted to send you love and good wishes. I hope you can get the support you and your lo's need.

So sorry Yorkiegirl. Thinking of you. You must feel as though you have the weight of the world on your shoulders.

YG, only speaking from partners experience of citalopram (i never took ADs for more than a week), but he went after 6 weeks to say he wasn't feeling up to much and they asked him to give it another 4 weeks before they upped the dose....

They can take a month or so to kick in at all.

Is the edginess settling down now?

filthymindedvixen · 23/06/2007 11:20

unfortuneately, some of the side effects of Fluoxetine are similar to symptoms of depression and anxiety. There is a settling in period, but I think if your symptoms worsen, you should go back to your gp.

Good luck, hope things start to seem brighter soon.
