does anyone use CBD oil for anxiety and depression? I have been using it for a while now and find that it really has changed my life for the better. I tried the holland and barret oil but it did nothing for me so I chnaged to a 30% oil and now I feel like my old self again. One of my main issues was social anxiety along with feeling down most of the time and now I can function again. I also have a chronic pain condition which is like ME and it has really helped with that too. I use Aura CBD oil as they seem to actually care about their customers and offer to help you choose the right oil.
I think that it works as long as you get the right oil, I have had a lot of friends try the H and B one and say they got nothing from it.

Hello group!

I am new to CBD also and thought this might be of interest to you. I have a friend who struggles with a bumpy rash on her face which flares up every now and then. She tells me that she mixes cbd oil with coconut oil and puts it on at night. I've seen her face pre-application and post-application and I have to say it clears it right up!

After reading lots of info online I decided to give it a go. I also struggle with anxiety and tummy problems (not sure if related) not getting much help from my doc so decided to try 100mg cbd oil. I think you can vape it too. Anyway I have started it today and will let you all know if I feel any different.

I'm not surprised with your results from using H&B, a recent blind study in the UK of 30 CBD oils Found that 38% of them contained less than half of the advertised CBD dosage and one of them contained absolutely zero CBD, lol.

I'm glad you've found a product that works & you're feeling like your old self again. The most important thing I found when buying CBD oil is to make sure the manufacturer offers a Lab report confirming the dosage of CBD oil in the bottle, this article reviewing UK's best CBD oils is also extremely helpful: cbdshopy.co.uk/best-cbd-oils-uk/

This email is already linked to a Grammarly account. Please sign in with your email address and password. It works as a placebo at best. Pure cannabis oil has an effect, but it can also increase anxiety, so it's best to see a doctor. If you want to use THC, however, it's best to already buy a vape with THC. They are now becoming a staple in Canadian society because of convenience. If you want to try one, I recommend visiting www.justcannabis.shop/product-category/weed-vapes/. Because they have a huge selection of absolutely everything, plus I speak from my experience.
