Is there anyone else out there who is struggling to loose weight, despite doing everything you've been told to do? I am beginning to get a serious hang up about this. I have been exercising regularly since my DD was 8 weeks old. I started doing "buggyfit" 3 days a week, then started to do pilates twice a week as well as the buggy fit. I eat sensibly, don't snack on junk, don't ever drink alcohol during the week and only occasionally at the weekend. In other words, have become the most boring person on earth. I have just signed up a personal trainer, as I STILL weigh EXACTLY the same as I did when I started!!!!!!!!!!! How can that be??????!!!! I still have a massive tummy, am 2 sizes bigger than I used to be and we are 5 months down the line. I am seriously depressed about this, because I'm REALLY trying.
