Oh will be hard to part with them. The house will be quiet without the little whirlwinds causing mayhem lol.

That's not good that you feel that way. I'm not feeling too bad. Sick feeling has gone but got upset tummy and can't eat unless I force myself. My friend has been doing the school run this week for me so I can deal with these side effects

SinfulRevenge · 24/09/2015 12:15

What a crap day so far. My daughter is playing up and refused to go to school. She knows I'm feeling crap on these tabs ATM and at 13 is as big as me and heavier so I can't physically drag her there. I have let the school know why so she can et in trouble. Her behaviour triggered a BIG panic wry attack and I was actually sick! I've felt like puking before but this is a first for me. I've now had to lay in bed and calm down. I can still feel the attack scratching at the surface.

SpottyTeacakes · 24/09/2015 14:16

Oh no that sounds horrendous poor you. Have you got any support at home or is it just you and dd?

SinfulRevenge · 24/09/2015 14:38

It's just me and the 4 kids at home. Dad is out of the picture so no help from there andy mum had given up with her too

SpottyTeacakes · 24/09/2015 15:55

That sounds really tough I take my hat off to you!

I need to take dd to her swimming lesson in a minute so my heart is going obviously Hmm

SinfulRevenge · 24/09/2015 18:53

Hopefully you was ok once you got to swimming?
It is hard. On top of my problems, the daughter has hers, and between the two youngest sons, ones autistic and the other is ADHD and learning difficulties.

SpottyTeacakes · 26/09/2015 07:27

Really not having a good morning!

SinfulRevenge · 26/09/2015 14:09

What's up? I'm not either tbh x

SpottyTeacakes · 26/09/2015 14:16

Oh no what's happening?

I'm feeling ok now I felt so anxious this morning my heart wouldn't stop pounding and I couldn't relax at all (is that a mild anxiety attack?) I know I don't get anything as bad as you unfortunately do with the nausea etc so I find it hard to know if I'm overreacting or not Confused

It was triggered by me running late, not that it mattered when I left as I was only going food shopping, but I was running way later than I wanted Blush

SinfulRevenge · 28/09/2015 09:57

Just a crappy day. Kids were fighting and irritating me, felt ok yesterday so did a lot but put my back out so in agony all night and this morning which is triggering anxiety. I can feel it trying to break through and I'm fighting it. I'm travelling from Essex to Worcester on Sunday and need to feel well for the 3.5 hour drive there. I'm going to see my Bestie and I only see her 4 times a year as the drive takes it out of both of us. She suffers fibromyalgia so can't travel that long and I have to find someone to drive me as an hour in and I panic if I drive. Luckily I've been seeing a lovely guy for a couple months who is driving me ;)
My back has been bad for over two weeks since they did the biopsy on the breast lump. I have a dodgy spine anyway but they pinned me to do it due to the anaesthetic not working and then the bus morse had her entire body weight on me as is procedure to stop the bleeding! I don't know what they've done to me but I think I'm going to have to go see my doctor (feels like I live there ATM).

SinfulRevenge · 29/09/2015 11:57

Spotty, how are you feeling today? I'm feeling pretty ok! Bit woozy but managed to get the housework done by 10.30 this morning :) think the woozy is from my perforated eardrum tbh. Was debating on going to asda today. I haven't been to a supermarket for months as it kicks off an attack. I eventually decided against it and shall Take baby steps. I will go to the news agents round the corner though as I need gas and electric

SpottyTeacakes · 29/09/2015 19:32

I've been good today I worked 12 hours Shock I love my job though. Now feeling a bit anxious as its already half seven and I'm usually in my pyjamas by now but I've just finished dinner complete change of routine and ds has pre school tomorrow which stresses me out as I have to take him argh. It'll be ok. Wow good on the housework I'm rubbish with it Blush

SinfulRevenge · 30/09/2015 09:05

12 hour shift?! Wow long day but if you like your job it's not so bad ;)
How did you do with the pre school thing this morning?
I had a bad night. Had a massive panic attack around 8pm but managed to control it before it got worse. This morning I did my usual routine which is get up, sort the kids out and feed all the animals and pop washing in the machine. Washed up etc. could feel the nagging tell take signs I get when an anxiety attacks going to happen and as soon as the kids left for school it hit. Chest pain, hard to breathe, body tingles. Hate it so much. Am laying in bed now doing my relaxation technique when I feel it surfacing. Sucks big time :/

SpottyTeacakes · 30/09/2015 09:33

Oh no at least you managed to get kids out first. It was a bad morning but I think I coped fine got a headache now. Ds didn't want me to leave him but I did anyway so now I feel bad.

SinfulRevenge · 30/09/2015 10:04

Yeah am glad I got them out before it hit. I get scared though when nobody is here. Eldest boy is 16 and just called from college to say they messed up his time table so only has to go in Thursdays and Fridays so is on his way home now which makes me feel a little bit better.
My relaxation thing, if you ever feel really bad and want to try it is this : lay on your front, lift your legs counting in your head but picture the numbers. Do one leg, then the other. I tend to count to 50 each leg. It's distraction and because you're concentrating on counting and lifting legs at the same time, it distracts from the panic attack. Mines so bad ATM that the technique don't always help so I end up going for a speed walk/jog to burn off the adrenaline that causes the chest pain. Funny though as I'm so unfit haha.

SpottyTeacakes · 30/09/2015 10:44

I'm unfit too Blush I still haven't phoned the time to talk service which the Dr told me to do. I just can't pick up the phone, what do I even say?!

It's nice your ds is coming home Smile dd is only five but has started playing with a boy I don't like as he swears etc and isn't nice to other boys in his class ( he's older than dd) not sure what to do.

SinfulRevenge · 30/09/2015 12:40

If I had to phone I'd say something like... My doc told me to call but I have no idea what to say. I'm sure they'd be fine and get the ball rolling ;)
I think we all have a kid that plays with another we don't like lol. My dd is 13 and is forever falling out with friends and then making up.
Anxiety has calmed for the mo. Can feel it there but am trying to keep busy and keep it at bay

SinfulRevenge · 01/10/2015 11:04

Today I feel a bit odd? Head is banging and won't shift. Feel jittery and like I'm 'tipsy' is the only way I can describe it. I don't know if I'm high or low, I'm kinda inbetween. Can feel anxiety trying to break through but tell it to piss off and it does for a bit. I have so much to do today and I just can't get motivated :(
Hope everyone's having a better day than me.

SpottyTeacakes · 01/10/2015 11:24

I'm having an ok day. I've hung the washing out but have a few other bits to do then dd has swimming later. Hope you feel better

Roseformeplease · 01/10/2015 11:30

Would you mind answering a question for me, please?

I have been on 50mg of Sertraline since March. It has sorted me out and I feel much, much better. Am sleeping well. I am coping really well with two pretty shitty life events (Mum has cancer and colleague was moved, doubling my workload). The Sertraline was prescribed well before these events but has clearly helped me to cope in ways that I would not have done before.

However, I just keep getting it on a repeat prescription. There was no discussion as to how long, or whether it is forever or what. Do I need to go back to the Doctor and ask? Will I be called in anyway after a certain time? How long do people take this for?

Thanks so much.

SpottyTeacakes · 01/10/2015 11:39

I wasn't told to go back either. Where I work you get invited to review annually if there aren't any problems.

SinfulRevenge · 01/10/2015 12:43

That's great spotty :)

Rose, You can book an appointment and see what the doc says. Mine wants me back in 2 weeks for review as only started 2 weeks ago.

I'm not feeling too bad now. I've sat in the garden with my chickens and swept and disinfected out there. Done all the laundry. Can feel the anxiety there but it's not breaking through :D

SpottyTeacakes · 01/10/2015 14:16

I'm feeling.... Wired. Excited nervous. Like I'm about to burst Confused

SinfulRevenge · 01/10/2015 17:11

Kinda how I feel now. Restless but tired. Like I've had too much caffeine! Well asda ballsed up and cancelled my food shop that was supposed to be delivered! My dd was off school as been sick a few times so dragged her to asda with me! I was FINE! Had a few anxious moments but I coped so well. I'm really pleased with myself :)

MostIneptThatEverStepped · 02/10/2015 12:31

Hello
I wanted to see if anyone else has had experience of this, seems like a good place to ask!

About 4 weeks ago my Prozac dose was increased from 40 to 60 mg. I had recently started a new job and was feeling horribly stressed (still am). This week I have started noticing The Shakes again, which I had early on after starting Prozac but not after the first dose increase.
It's pretty bad and I feel really weak and wobbly. To give the full picture, something really horrible happened to me last week (thread elsewhere) and I am highly, highly premenstrual.
But does this sound familiar to anyone? It feels quite extreme. I also feel a bit buzzy and fizzy...not sure how else to describe it!

Thanks peeps.
