The side effects are a pain in the arse especially the weight gain which never fails to depress me further.

Just try and tell yourself that it wont last long ,not easy though.
Try reading a book ,hot milk,bath etc to try and relax you and if all else fails then just try and rest,i had insomnia in january and it is truely awful.
Ive had another massive blow out at dp tonight so not speaking and no doubt i shall be up all night as was last night as the dd's have now also got my headcold but nevermind ey!

Have made up with dp but the stand off probably wont last long,all we do is argue.
dd2 was up all night again so my eyes are twitching too
