I am going to see my gyne. tomorrow and desperately want to talk to him about the fact I may have PND. It is a bit difficult as he does not speak much English and I do not speak much German and I am not sure if I will go through with it.

for months and months I have thought I was just being utterly useless, but I took the Edinburgh assessment and scored 23.

Please can someone make sure I come back on mumsnet and say if I have talked to him, because that might help me to do it. I don't have anyone in"real life" who can help. Would really appreciate it.

I'll hound you if you like. Im feeling low and cant face going to my doctor here in Spain because of the language difficulty. A few years ago , I had mild PND and Dr prescribed vitb 6 and magnesium, it was miraculous. Anyway chin up, i'll put a shout out for you!

A long time ago when Gwenick was depressed, I nagged and nagged her to go to the Dr's.

Nowadays I only have to threaten to nag her and she goes to the Drs if she needs to , she says anything is better than my nagging.
