Hey guys,
I have a big problem. I am 5 weeks pregnant, i am only 22 and my boyfriend does not want it. We both agreed to terminate-sorry if this offends anyone- but we decided we are too young and have careers to persue. I have had my scan and having blood tests next week then will be able to take the tablet, but something in my heart is telling me not to do it and i am so confused. I actually love the feeling of having a little baby growing in me.
I feel really screwed up, but my boyfriend has told me he won't be able to stay with me if i keep it!

I got pregnant with ds when I was 22. DH (then DP) and I had only known each other 9 months.

PinkiePoo · 16/09/2005 13:17

thanks ninah, you have all been fantastic and its nice to have a bunch of sensible wise women to talk to rather than my BF who just strokes my hair and says everything will be alright. but he promised to take me on holiday after to clear my head

I am hope to find out for myself shortly! Keep in touch ainsmum, I may need you!

Toothache · 16/09/2005 13:19

It sounds like he's treating your pregnancy as an annoying and inconvenient condition that needs sorting out! But you are not treating it like that Pinkie.
I hope you make the right decision for you.

yes agree with TA, def think about this in terms of it being u and ur baby and body nothing else - it's the hardest decion to make in some respects, but i'm sure AM will be sure to say all the worries and woes et are well worth it should you chose to continue with the PG without ur BF around.

GeraldGiraffe · 16/09/2005 13:35

girls this isn't helping PP - and it's her thread. so GG please say something constructive for her if you wish to.

GeraldGiraffe · 16/09/2005 13:46

sorry was winding ta up.

Toothache · 16/09/2005 13:47

Why would you come onto a thread like this where I've posted some heartfelt advice... which some have agreed with and some have not.... and just post a vague comment like "I just don't agree with you in general". No reason, no basis, no clarification..... therefore I'll just assume it's a personal thing and ignore. Feeling shit enough today without that.

Back to the original reason for the thread. I still hope you do whats right for you.

Toothache · 16/09/2005 13:48

Why would you try to wind me up? I don't get it?
