@samthebordercollie I’ve lost nearly 4kg. Some of that may be due to the Epsom salts I had to ingest the day before the op, but a lot is clearly muscle. I look more wizened now, on my legs in particular. Skinny is not a great look when you’re 60! I’m going to attempt an upper body session today with 3kg weights, avoiding anything that touches the core. At least my arms can remain toned.

The latest knowledge article is the usual mix of unfathomable psychobabble which adds nothing and is completely useless
I really don’t know why Our Queen aligns herself to this rubbish

I never read them- ever
today for me was a leg day from CGX iron- despite very poor sleep due to heat and then the heat the devil took me.
lunges with 2x20kg and squats with 15kg. I nearly fell over 🤣

we live really close to the wildfires - the heat and the continual smoke is really getting to me. I haven't had a good night sleep in a while and I've had to cancel some work (one of my jobs is outside) as I can't cope with the headaches from being out in it. I'm so annoyed by these wildfires, we need better protection for the moors. So to conclude, I've done bugger all. I'm also trying to fit in packing around everything as we're moving all our stuff into storage over the next couple of weeks. In the midst of all this, my boyfriend decided to to an unnecessary oil change on our car and broke some parts, so we are without wheels until he fixes it. I had to take the dogs on a long walk when he told me!

The newsletter was very brief.
